For this project, I decided to make a product brief on a lifestyle balaclava for my BlackStrap senior project. As I learn more about what role I want to take on after I graduate, I really wanted to get a taste of what a product line manager does. That is why I chose to do this project.

I got my inspiration for this project from my life and combining it with my senior project for BlackStrap. Doing the research and looking at trends as well as seeing a gap in their product line, this product makes perfect sense. The hard part is making it aline with the rest of their products and their brand.

I haven’t started ideating yet as I am still working on my brief but I am excited to show what the final will look like and hopefully will have some ideation photos and a prototype!
